The great writer John Green (writer of The Fault in Our Stars) is right when it comes to this quote. YOU are helpful. Do not let anyone ever tell you differently. No matter what you do you honestly are helping someone. Everyday I have someone come through my line with young children they continuously let them help and encourage them. They thank them for helping. But why as soon as we grow up we aren't thanked for helping. We are not encouraged.  Not encouraged to help in our community's. Help. Help people, help groups, help our community's, help our world. You are loved. Your parent's love you, your friends love you. People love you. Remember that. You are loved. You are forgiven. Things happen. We make mistakes. Life goes on. Forgive yourself because often you have already been forgiven. And last you are not alone. People care for you. People are there for you. You are never alone. You will always have me anytime you need me.
