This parody amazes me. I want my dad to be this way. I want my future dude to know my father way before he asks my father for permission. I want my future dude to have my fathers permission to marry me. Call me old school but it's true. I will not run off with a guy. I want someone to have me for the rest of their life. But they need to do more than just cook burgers for fast food. They need to be out of their mothers basements. He's not being rude. He is doing his job, and protecting me. He is trying to give me what I deserve. So just a reminder to everyone out there. Ask their father for permission. Know their father way before you ask approval to ask for their hand.
